Fall Photoshoot in Chicago

“AND ALL AT ONCE, SUMMER COLLAPSED INTO FALL.” – OSCAR WILDE

I posted this Oscar Wilde’s quote last fall under one of my photos (see the post here) and somebody commented on it on Facebook: “And fall plummeted into winter… At least here in Illinois.” That was exactly what happened. We had a beautiful, colorful scenery that was gone so quickly to even remember it. If I did not take that photo last year, I seriously would not remember how colorful the season was. The same happened this year.

Even if it lasted for a couple of weeks only, I still had a chance to capture a little bit of the colorful fall season we had this year. Today, I am sharing with you some of my favorites from a photoshoot with my adorable little client, who happens to LOVE pumpkins! We had so much fun shooting together! However, the weather was not cooperating and it started raining 5 minutes after the beginning of the session. We did not have much time to photograph, and the whole photoshoot was done in ten minutes, literally. That being said, I could not be happier with the results!

Also, I have to mention that I am very grateful to my little model as she was so patient the whole time. Kids can loose their patience during photoshoots, but Marina did not. She was having fun with pumpkins, and fallen leaves, and the whole photoshoot was a blast!

Enjoy!

Yours,

Maria
